The handle is shown with a 24mm knot for presentation purposes.  It can be adjusted to accept a 26mm knot.

This brush features a handcrafted handle by Robert Quinn from Indian Laurel, which is found in Southeast Asia.  The tree is a member of the fig family and stores water during the dry season.  The tree can be tapped and used as a source of potable water.     Indian Laurel is used for furniture, cabinetry and boat building.
