This knot features good backbone and is very soft on the face.

When I acquired these knots, I asked 2 of my customers (one with a light beard and one with a heavy beard) to do a blind test. I provided both with 2 brushes I built, one with a branded Plisson knot that I extracted from a Plisson brush and one with this Plisson Style knot, both set at the same loft. After 2 weeks of alternating between the brushes, neither could notice a significant difference.
